Very poor communications, non-responsive, and incompetent with basic banking task. Not only has she caused the account she maintains to be overdrawn the veteran she’s paid to help she caused his account to be over $700 overdrawn all due to her incompetency.
As a caregiver of a Vietnam veteran that has been living in my house for 5 years. This service has been the worst at paying our payments to me no consistcy at all .. They deducted my pay and cant get any of his needs paid for with his money. I have made numerous attempts t o contact this service with no reply ever. My neighbor's Trust is managed by ANA Guardianship. I was given Tracy Raymond's contact information to arrange for a plumber to fix a badly leaking toilet. The Home Owner's Association (HOA) pays for all water that is utilized by each property. As an HOA board member I arranged to have the exterior water main repaired in order to schedule a plumber for as soon as possible.
