Having been here multiple times, every time they are attentive and answer all of our questions. At first we bought multiple bookcases, they are of good quality and made to last for q long time. BE CAUTIOUS! Ana furniture delivers you defective products and then asks you to contact the furniture manufacturer for warranty the 2nd day after delivery. First, salesperson Matthew was nice during our purchase in the store, I must thumb up. But the customer serivce sucks, kind of telling why Anna is closing its store. The sofa I received turned out having 2 defects, one small crack on the lower back and one peeling under an adjustable headrest, which are hard to be noticed quickly upon delivery.
