I have worked for An Innovative Care on and off for multiple years. The residents are very well taken care. Management works hard to please both the residents and employees. Once I get to transitioning into my older years I pray there is a place like this still around.

I absolutely love working at An innovative Care. One of the best jobs I have ever had. The management is there whenever you have a question. The pay is good, the houses are beautiful, everything is up to date, and I love the clients.

As people who live down the street we know what ACTUALLy happens. Young “nurses” who’s boyfriends drive 35+ down a dead end residential street that’s only 25 mph (most of us who live here don’t go over 20) there are children who live down this road, playing outside with their families and dogs. One guy almost hit my neighbor 2 days ago. Going 40, car smelled of marijuana, laughing as they almost hit him. Thankfully there’s videos and cops were called. I used to work on this property and if it's the same as it was back in 2019/20 I can understand the police presence. I wouldn't put my dog here. I am hoping it has new owners because one of the people who managed the facility was arrested and the facility was closed and lost all residents.
