Hat embroidery quality is absolutely terrible on all 13 hats. They couldn’t even make a square square. I emailed Mitch about this and was told I will receive another sample after re-digitizing the logo. Never heard back. I wrote Mitch multiple times to see if I could get an update. Nothing. I support local but this business doesn’t want local support. Glad there are other embroidery businesses close by that have great customer service and are much more professional. We recently had our store aprons embroidered there and it was perfect! The staff is very kind and helpful and the aprons turned out beautifully. I highly recommend this business and we will be using them for our future embroidery needs.
