Always met with kindness and their items are always completed in a timely manner and look great! Love that they are a local business!
Hat embroidery quality is absolutely terrible on all 13 hats. They couldn’t even make a square square. I emailed Mitch about this and was told I will receive another sample after re-digitizing the logo. Never heard back. I wrote Mitch multiple times to see if I could get an update. Nothing. I support local but this business doesn’t want local support. Glad there are other embroidery businesses close by that have great customer service and are much more professional.
