i actually love this place but the way the guy at front desk talked to me tonight has made me choose to never come back. this is a 1 star review for his attitude. The nice lady who took my appointment earlier today had called me back and left a message that she couldnt do it at booked time and I didn’t receive the message so when I walked in tonight I checked in at front desk and the guy said how can i help you and i let him know im here for our appointment which he cut me off and said “ no you’re not” “ you dont have an app... read more
I called for a foot massage appointment and asked prices. I chose 60 mins for $58. Showed up. Sat me on a chair and had my feet in warm water. The Chinese lady from the front comes to me and says you must give the massage person at least $10 tip. I have not had massage yet. So I said that is absurd....it is based on service. She said if you will not tip him $10 or higher, then take 30 min for $35. I reluctantly and pissed off, so agreed. I told her in New Zealand we do not tip. She said in America we do. My husband I first went in for a 30 min foot massages. It was the best one I ever had. I nearly fell asleep. We went back the next day for body massage. Again so amazing. They are very professional. We will look to end our next trip here again.
While visiting family I took my sister in law to Feet First for some much needed R&R and they did not disappoint. The staff is friendly, the facility is clean, dimly lit for best relaxation, and smelled of lavendar. We had such a wonderful experience that I bought two gift cards before we left, one for my sister in law and another for one of my best friends. Thank you for a wonderful experience at a reasonable price!
