The availability and quality of items has gone down exponentially since Norman’s took over. What once was nice curated items is replaced by junk you can find anywhere and the prices are astronomical. I predict they will price themselves right out of business in the next year.

Rude staff and not at all helpful. She as much as told me to shop elsewhere, which I intend to do. Hallmark is overrated in my opinion!
