Not helpful! They had 4 girls working and 1 other customer. I was looking for 2 other parts to a Christmas set. Stood at the counter and waited to be told she "couldn't check any other stores for me because I need the item#". I guess the computer in front of her must have been for auto parts... I put back the others, walked out to the car and called 2 other stores myself. Went to Ginny's Hallmark in Naperville and bought what I wanted and several other ornaments also.
