The best Hallmark store ever!! Wonderful staff and a true pleasure!!
Outstanding staff. Sales agent just didn't point me to what I came in for, but helped me talk through the choices with great cheer! She should be psychologist (written by a retired talking doctor). Great experience in retail which is so lacking in many venues

I called on July 8, 2026, at approximately 1:50 PM to ask whether you offer gift wrapping services. After the conversation, it appeared the employee thought the call had ended, but I was still connected. I then heard her speaking to someone nearby and making a comment about "these people from other country" in reference to the call. Hearing that made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.
