I've always enjoyed shopping at this store until my most recent visit. I went to the register and asked for help finding a pet memorial item that I had seen online. The lady was so rude and said just because it says we have it doesn't mean we do. She acted like it was an inconvenience to assist me and said I was better off just ordering it online. Ultimately I ended up finding an alternative item, no thanks to her. Even if this is just her personality, a little compassion during an obvious loss situation goes a long way!
