Delicious treats and super friendly staff.
Purchased 3 apples yesterday. Never had a problem before. Barely any caramel on them. For the price we pay it's not worth it. Apple pictured is oreo. I drive from Milwaukee to get these apples. Never a issue before I dont know what changed, however the quality is not there anymore.
I have absolutely loved this place for years and have raved about to friends and family. Purchased Apple for gifts or cut up and includes on charcuterie boards for parties. But recently they are not the same. The apples I purchased yesterday barely had any caramel and the chocolate tastes cheap. I don’t know what has changed but between that and the prices steadily increasing it makes me sad.
Amy’s Candy Kitchen is a great stop in downtown Cedarburg. You can watch them making the caramel apples and chocolates right in the open kitchen, which is a fun touch. We picked up caramel apples and fudge, both fresh and clearly made with quality ingredients. Staff was friendly and the shop has a cozy, old school candy feel that fits the historic downtown. Amazing quality. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area.
