UPDATE: Cathy did reach out to me to try to arrange for me to use the gift card in store. I plan to get that arranged in the future when I am back in the area. I appreciate them reaching out to solve the problem. Beware- won’t honor gift cards in store! I love this chocolate shop so much, especially the apples! After waiting.. purchased 72.00 candies....requested gift box....clerk took another order ...I canceled order ...because he did not want miss privilege to wait...i will never patronize business again....I guess my time is not important only those who do not look like me.
