I recently had the opportunity to experience the work that Amy does with her Body Therapy sessions. I went in looking for relief of pain due to scoliosis and arthritis in my back and shoulders and the results were amazing. Amy was incredibly knowledgeable and took her time to understand my body’s needs and explain things to me in ways I could understand. After a few sessions, she was able to target and relieve so much if not all of my pain! Truly remarkable. Absolutely recommend
