Amy is amazing! First, her space is cozy and inviting. It’s always just you with Amy, no waiting room with other patients, so very private. Amy takes her time while she assesses your body. Then she gets to work. When I stand one hip was higher due to my spine rotating. She helps correct that by tongue pulling. I needed a help with my arthritic shoulder, my range of motion wasn’t good and I was in a lot of pain. Just putting my coat on was a painful struggle. I wanted to try myofascial release therapy. I’m so thankful I found Amy. She is so warm and caring, immediately puts you at ease. Amy explains everything she’s doing during your session. It took a few weeks but I’m thrilled with the results. My range of motion is back and my pain is gone. Thank you, Amy, because of your skill, I feel great!

Amy is one of the most amazing body workers I have ever encountered. You will feel like you are her only patient..and feel so amazing when you leave. She knows everything about the body. She listens to you. You will want to come back again and again. I cannot recommend her enough.
