Nice staff with polite behaviour... they are doing passport size photo copy for pr. snacks are also good and fresh.. aloo tikki burger is my fav.
Great customer service. Had my cell phone screen replaced, and whatever issues i had after the fact were also quickly resolved, so far so good and I am happy with the service. The gentleman at the shop was friendly as well. Would recommend. Thanks again.
I’m updating my original review after learning more about this situation, because it’s important to be accurate and fair. It appears that the seller operating on Best Buy’s marketplace is using the name of a legitimate business, but is not actually affiliated with that real company. The poor experience I described previously — delayed shipping, misleading “shipped” statuses, lack of communication, and order cancellations — seems to be tied to this unauthorized seller, not the legitimate business whose name is being used. Went to get my phone fixed here about a month ago. The customer service was amazing and pricing was amazing. My issue is they use non authentic Apple screens. I went to get my screen replaced and since I got my screen replaced, my front camera is damaged from the inside of the phone, my back camera isn’t even working anymore and my phone turns off and on randomly. I recommend going to a proper phone repair place and spend the extra money and get an authentic screen.
