I love popping in to see Amy’s work—what a cool space. This is a working studio and her art is in high demand, so every time I visit, there are new pieces up. Bright, airy, cool space with legit artists and a welcoming, thoughtful vibe. The best!
I’ve been collecting Amy Stewart’s work for years and now have three of her paintings in my home. Visiting her studio on Granville Island is a treat. It’s a real working studio, so you get to see an artist in her element. Amy is funny, charming, and kind on top of being hugely talented.
We were completely ignored by both artists. Not a great way to run a gallery at all, and a terrible way to sell beautiful art. How can one be an artist yet be so uninteresting and rude? Although it does match the overall vibe of Vancouver (rude) you would think an artist would be out of that box people live in. Guess not! No sales from us!
Amy makes the most beautiful art and is very professional, kind and a dream to work with.
I always enjoy visiting Amy's Granville Island studio – it's a treat to see her latest creations. Amy's paintings are both evocative and beautiful, a true pleasure to look at. Beyond her talent, Amy is a delightful person with a warm sense of humour. Highly recommend a visit!
