I was diagnosed with Celiac disease. I had both a colonoscopy and endoscopy and I was still getting sick after sticking with a Gluten Free Diet.Amy put me on an elimination Diet first to see if I was sensitive to other foods. Well I was still very sick. Amy then recommended me to get tested for SIBO and I tested positive. I am now taking an Antibiotic, herbal medicine and a restricted diet to kill the bacteria. Amy is so knowledgeable. I would have never been diagnosed without her expertise.
