I have enjoyed the sauna three times now as its own experience and all three times were for different needs. Each time I left feeling better in the immediate and the long term. Yesterday, I went because my shoulders were painful from weird posture. Almost 24 hours later and I still feel better! The set up is perfect with a little bench and a warm spot to change. I absolutely love visiting Amy Lapes. I'm from out of town but I've had cause to visit Salida several times over the last year and a half. I've ensured a visit to Amy when possible, and I'm entirely impressed by her skills. She draws from all the traditional treatments to provide a holistic care, and the effect on me has been tangible every time.
WOW!!! I went to see Amy Lapes for the first time today, and this evening I feel the first real relief I've felt from chronic joint pain I've been dealing with for months. AMAZING!!!
Amy is a very calm and caring acupuncturist. I have been going to her for over a year now and she has really helped me with various physical issues and I go every month to keep up on maintenance to prevent any further acute aches and pains. I highly recommend her!
