Unfortunately, Amy was unresponsive to emails or texts. She reached out to me and when I responded about booking and information I did not get a response. I had to go with someone else. Wedding planning is stressful enough as it is to be ghosted by a vendor. Maybe there was a valid reason for not responding but why email an auto response saying 24-48 hours you will respond if you won’t. For a large or small business this can be very unprofessional.
I loved Amy, she’s wonderful. Her work is beautiful. But I’m very disappointed in the way she handles her business after the wedding. I personally believe 10 -12 weeks to see them is insane. And for me personally, she broke the contract by not having my images “before or on” the date listed on my contract. I was going to use her for family and children sessions in the future. But not now. Never again.
