There’s a TMA staff name Erica that works there, who’s a bully, bossy, and a mean person. She made my morning shift there a living hell. She was belligerent and unprofessional in front of the residents, and when I reported her the owner daughter/management defended her wrong doings. Clean loving facility, but there’s so many showers for aide in a day, and I believe that’s why there’s a turnover. The residents are nice, sweet, and loving people.
