Awful lawyer, she is lazy and she will make things up just to make her job easier. She will try to go with what is easiest for her, and ignore the facts and ignore her client just to make her work day easier, even though she gets a check either way. Worst public defender I have ever had, she is unprofessional and sloppy. I recommend getting a better lawyer; if you call and ask the courthouse in Morrison they will assign you a better public defender.
Amy was very professional, yet down to earth with my legal needs. I was treated as a person, not just another case number. She was very empathetic to my situation, however kept me grounded and reminded me of the facts and let me be emotional at times but was the tough one for me when I couldn’t be. I 110% recommend Amy and her team for all your legal needs! Excellent response time, always just a call or email away. She’s also ruthless when needed, and I needed that too and it paid off!
