Amy is an amazingly skilled and professional lady who I am so grateful to for providing me many years of pain relief and wellness via acupuncture, and massage therapy. They hanged up on my phone call and clearly the person who picked the phone wasn’t able to speak in English! WOW such a disappointing experience here ☠️
Not happy with the customer service it seemed like the lady was more concerned with my insurance then starting the massage she insisted on putting through the claim before I got the massage making me even get dressed to confirm the spelling of my name, this could’ve been dealt with after. And I was treated like a scammer very disappointed will never return
