For any with anxiety, depression, and/or ADHD (neurotypicals also welcome lol) stop what you're doing and book a massage from Amy! I feel grateful to have found Amy because of her kindness, knowledge, and amazing sense of humor. She takes the time to get to know you, so you can have a truly calming experience. This was the 1st time I actually felt comfortable and relaxed during a massage. Also, her office space looks like it should be on HGTV; very well decorated, super cozy, and lots of gorgeous house plants!
I really enjoyed my massage with Amy today! My main purpose was relaxation with focus on some lower back issues. Her style was exactly what she describes on her website and in person prior to the massage. I would definitely recommend her and hope to return again soon.
