Super super super disappointed this year. Female "manager" on duty Christmas eve was incredibly rude. Full of attitude and unwilling to help. Totally ruined Christmas eve.

I took my 5-year-old daughter to a theme park in Colorado to take pictures with Santa, but we had an unfortunate experience that made her cry. When we arrived, there were no signs indicating how to enter the line. I moved the gate to inquire about the pictures, and a young girl in green informed me that the family ahead of us was the last group before a 15-minute break.
