Franklin Park Mall ; Got Santa pictures done and the Santa was wonderful, very friendly and the pictures came out great. Unfortunately for this Easter-- not so much. The person who was the Easter Bunny was fantastic, but the camera workers didn't do a lot of instructing so my son was slouching in all the pictures, but I guess I could've fixed it myself and set him up better. This is possibly the worst company I've ever worked for. The suit doesn't fit. They play with your hours and pay. I complained on the first check that I wasn't paid the proper rate and they gave me the run around. 2 checks in it was still incorrect and they have yet to fix it. Also payroll pays when they feel like it, and not on schedule.

I'm not at all surprised to read that actual customers have had bad experiences with this company, because as someone who was an employee doe one day, they'll hire anyone to work here. I was supposed to work on the Easter Bunny set at Northpoint Mall in Georgia, and had recieved all of my paperwork except my background check. I thought I had filled out everything I needed to, but when I came today for what was supposed to be my first full day, I wad told I still hadn't recieved my background check email. Super super super disappointed this year. Female "manager" on duty Christmas eve was incredibly rude. Full of attitude and unwilling to help. Totally ruined Christmas eve.
