I was referred to Amundson hypnotherapy by a friend who herself and several family members had a great deal of success. I went in feeling angry, depressed, overwhelmed, and I was just not in a good place. After just a couple of sessions, I was more relaxed and I didn't feel like I had the weight of the world riding on my shoulders. It's such a weird experience, but in a good way.
