This is a great online bank, as well as a Brick and mortar. Outstanding Customer service!
As a snowbird my husband and use this bank, 4-5 months out of the year. And usually drive thru. Every time we go inside there is always some confusion how to handle requests. One teller in particular has a very bad attitude. Today the struggle was ordering checks. Other times have been cashing a income tax refund check for under $100.00. And help with debit card chip malfunction. Our local NYCB is awesome.
