Recently, due to the death of my mother, I was placed in totally new territory: being both a successor trustee and an executor of the will. This involved lots of unfamiliar red tape. The Amtrust team of Erica and Candy were super helpful. Erica and Candy made what could have been a difficult experience a relatively painless one. They went out of their way (beyond expected customer service) to explain things carefully, and to help me through the cumbersome and puzzling procedures.
Old fashioned service like you don’t see anywhere else.
Shyann Edwards was absolutely fantastic. I am so grateful for her excellent service and being so helpful.
Very friendly staff. They all make me feel special. Every experience here has been wonderful. Most staff address me by name when I enter. Love the warmth.
