James Powell went way above and beyond (at 4:55 PM on a Friday) to help me solve my issue. He was extremely knowledgable, friendly, and professional. Rare to receive this level of service these days.
Feel free to use this bank if you enjoy ; waiting, being treated like a imposition, poor management that creates problems for customers instead of solving them. They advertise personal service but after 8 years I got turned away from depositing MY check into MY account. I took it to Desert Financial and promptly cashed it. Do better for your customers!
