Feel free to use this bank if you enjoy ; waiting, being treated like a imposition, poor management that creates problems for customers instead of solving them. They advertise personal service but after 8 years I got turned away from depositing MY check into MY account. I took it to Desert Financial and promptly cashed it. Do better for your customers!
The branch employees are kind, and treat you like family. They are thoughtful and knowledgeable. I have lived in Arizona for 52 years and by far this is the best place for my banking needs. I should have mentioned originally that I will only go to the branch at 107th Ave and Bell Rd in Sun City. Not the one in Sun City West.
