Flagstar sold out mortgage without our consent to M&T Bank and it mortgage increased $400! Do not bank with Flagstar their fraudulent practices are illegal! Be forewarned!
the absolute worst bank/ branch of a bank ever. The assistant manager is horrible and rude, I have made multiple complaints about her and yet no one seems to care. Me and my sister couldn't even access our own money from our accounts !!! can you imagine, thank god we use another smart bank so we can actually use whatever balance we want that day. I also have tried calling to rush the hold that is ALWAYS put on my card for absolutely not reason and the "manager" will give you another number to call because she has no access..... read more

DO NOT USE THIS BANK. I hade fraudulent activity on my my bank card with this bank, they ignore me completely after numerous phone calls with Visa and the bank 10k was stolen from my account and the bank will do nothing. Stay away from this bank!!!!
