A horrible bank. Once you deposit your money, it's not your money to take out as you wish.
I had to coordinate closing down my deceased mother's accounts and get 3 beneficiary checks from the liquidation of the account. The staff was so helpful and proactive, and the entire process was so much easier than the other banks i have had to deal with. Thank you, team, for being helpful, friendly, and sensitive to my needs.
