I really dislike Flagstar Bank and their customer service AI bot is ridiculous. You will waste 45 minutes if you have a question that needs a human and whoever set up the menu had no clue. And they have no brank in a helpful location and no business buying these mortgages they turn around and sell so someone with worse customer service.
Exceptional! Not only do their online savings accounts have (at times) the highest rates available, BUT.. when I needed their help, every person from the phone csr to the local branch staff (especially Alina, sorry if misspelled) went above and beyond to help with a sticky situation. Highly recommended! Thank you!
