Absolutely worst bank I’ve ever been to. I was sold a ton of lies. I was lied to about receiving a $400 gift card after 90 days. I didn’t receive any. I was told “100s of atms are in the area to deposit and withdraw” there are a few to withdraw NONE TO DEPOSIT including their own that is ALWAYS BROKEN. The inside staff is not friendly, it’s always dead in there and they look at you like “yea what do you want”. I would strongly advise anyone from banking here
I had a great experience! The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful, making the entire process quick and stress-free (Especially Alina). She took the time to answer my questions and made me feel valued as a customer. Highly recommend this location for excellent service
Alina at Flagstar in Estero was great to work with. She was friendly, patient, and really took the time to help me understand everything without making me feel rushed. You can tell she actually cares about doing a good job and helping people. The whole experience was easy and pleasant because of her. I’d definitely recommend working with Alina if you’re at that branch.
