As a snowbird my husband and use this bank, 4-5 months out of the year. And usually drive thru. Every time we go inside there is always some confusion how to handle requests. One teller in particular has a very bad attitude. Today the struggle was ordering checks. Other times have been cashing a income tax refund check for under $100.00. And help with debit card chip malfunction. Our local NYCB is awesome.
I asked a question in the branch and one of the employees said to me you did not read your disclosures when you signed up with the bank you were given disclosures. I thought that was really rude instead of explaining what really happen because i did not understand. This branch is really awe-full. Lake Worth branch treats you with respect but West Palm Beach is just horrible. Too many issues unresolved.
