We've had many years of good, fast service. Marc has done my taxes for the last 3 years since Tony is so busy. Marc charged for the sale of my house 2 years in a row, said he would credit the $50 to my account this year -- and did not -- and will not. I am very disappointed. Tony has always been helpful. I would recommend Tony, but not Marc.
Have been coming here for years and the service was always wonderful. Ever since they don't do in person it has gone downhill. Lots of miscommunication. We have been waiting at least 3 weeks for a response on an amendment to our taxes.
