This should be a NEGATIVE 5 stars. I am a Coldwell Banker Realtor and very VERY experienced in new construction and sell more than the average Realtor is a nice way to put it. AMWS is totally dishonest in all of their dealings. My Client just bought a home and the builder recommended AMSW as a place to consider shopping. So I told the Buyer that they should shop around and to put in an application with this company as well.
