Avoid this place. Filthy/HORRIBLE service! Took me a month to get my bike back after endless calls/excuses (i.e. out of the country, my mom had a doctor's appt., Con Ed was there. etc....) I was promised about 10 times for a call back which never happened. I called daily and it went straight to voicemail. Then the voicemail is full and does not accept messages. I finally had to go in person to check on things only to not be able to communicate with anyone because no one spoke English. I had to have a translator of some dude ... read more

Fast amazing service, not crowded
No one speaks English. I brought in my bike that had a Presta tube gauge which they didn't have so they decided to destroy my bicycles rim in an effort to allow a normal gauge inner tube to fit inside of a previous presta sized valve.
