Came in for some help and Ian was very helpful & polite to both my wife and I. If you ever need help highly recommend coming here. Not to mention how poised and calm he was with his employee handling a lobby full of customers. A+++
Left stand at window for almost 8 min before someone decided to come help me. Not to mention one of the managers were standing around with his shirt unbuttoned in the work area.
