Overall the personnel are pleasant here, however to cash a money order I was not made aware of the fees up front before my money orders were cashed. The agent did mention how much I’d be receiving in passing and I said ok but based on personal experience at every workplace I’ve worked at, I prefer notifying my customers of all fees before performing a service, and I wasn’t asked at the counter service “there is a 9.99% charge for cashing money orders, is that ok with you?” I am happy to recommend Amscot to make free money or... read more
