When you work in customer service, there might be something you don't know how to do, but at least you're kind and try to be helpful. That's exactly what didn't happen. Other times i paid my rent in this amscot with a Cash Pay ID number. The lady simply didn't want to do anything.
I've never felt so mistreated and discriminated against. The person who served me was so unprofessional and completely discriminatory. Her English was terrible, which I didn't understand. I don't speak perfect English, but I couldn't understand her, and she got upset. In short, I felt so bad that I decided to leave that branch, which is only five minutes from my home. I miss the days were people would greet you with a smile and actually interact and respond with courtesy and professionalism ! . Because Joan had a smile like she was on her period! And she refused to interact or respond to any courtesy gestures!
