I took my grandmother to Amscot on 34th St., North, where she was assisted by Thomas, the friendly wizard of financial transactions. While I waited in the car, Thomas worked his magic, and cashed her check. He also helping her find other 24-hour locations. So, we drove all the way to St. Pete when where is one much closer to us on GulfToBay. But hey, at least we know there are still friendly folks out there who can help my grandmother navigate the wild world!
