I never need to come to Amscot but today I did. Last time in Amscot was 12 years ago. Today, There was a rep named Thelma, she was so kind patient and fast. She made me comfortable and allowed me to ask all of my questions before doing anything. Nowadays people rush and sometimes you don’t get the chance to ask all of your questions but she didn’t do that at all. Everytime I go to this particular Amscot, I'm acknowledge as soon as I walk in with a greeting from this employee. He is prompt, and efficient, knowledgeable and greets you with a beautiful smile. He's kind and respectful, thank you for having a wonderful employee like Johnathan.
