Jessica was very knowledgeable, helpful, and most importantly pleasant to work with. I stopped in to cash a check from my grandmothers passing & was nervous they were going to give me a hard time because the check came from out of state. Jessica made the process a breeze. Jessica and Reka were absolutely amazing!!!! The best customer service I have received in a very long time. My transaction was a little more time consuming than most and these two ladies took care of me! They answered every question I had and maintained the best level of customer service. They waited on me while assisting other customers so I didn't have to wait. I use Western Union a lot. This is the place to go! From today on out they have a forever customer.
