This is my go-to AMSCOT in Tampa for all my financial needs outside of my bank. Ms. Toni and Ms. Dana are absolutely Amazing. Always fair and straight to the point of what’s needed. Help when needed. I love that I can knock out all my monthly bills in one spot.
I have to say, my experience at this Amscot location was nothing short of unforgettable—though not for the right reasons. Toni, who unfortunately seems unfamiliar with the basic functions of her job, had me waiting for an hour while painstakingly one-finger typing my information into the system. She also managed to ask an impressive number of irrelevant questions, only to ultimately inform me that she couldn’t release my money because my profile wasn’t syncing properly. Her solution?
