The customer was treated in a disrespectful manner. The individual failed to offer a greeting or a farewell. They proceeded to waste 30 minutes of our time, only to abruptly conclude the interaction with a single sentence. Throughout the exchange, they avoided eye contact, tossed the ID back carelessly, turned their back, and walked away.
Great staff, small but efficient.
It's been a very long time I've had to do a money order. And I kind of forgot we're certain information goes. But the associate Ian who assisted me was very professional very polite and extremely helpful.
I had a good experience here. Arnold was very helpful and kind to me. The facility was nice and clean and ever spoke to me when I first came in!
