I chose Amscot to cash a check as a single mother who relocated from another state. I waited until directed to a window and when approached by an employee I said I was a new customer and needed to cash a check. I had my license out and was handed a form to fill out, that was obviously not a problem. I had the form almost filled out before the employee walked away to another window. I always have a great experience at this Amscot location. The team is consistently helpful, whether I’m paying a bill or picking up money. Today, Humberto assisted me—he was patient, kind, and made the process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service!
