William was such a great help! Amazing service, cannot complain. Great team, especially him. 100% recommend everyone to come here and talk to William!
If I could give zero stars I would. Came in to get a document notarized and Elizabeth was the person who was handling my documents. She had one of the worst attitudes extremely rude. If she doesn't like to deal with the public she shouldn't be working here. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. She has no manners. I would think twice about coming here but if you do make sure its not Elizabeth at the window.

I must admit that if it wasn’t for ESTEPHANY I would of never come back to AMSCOT. I have 2 bad experiences at 2 different locations. The attitude and bad service i have experienced before doesn’t compare to the GREAT SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM ESTEPHANY. VERY NICE WAITING FOR THE CUSTOMER WITH A SMILE IN HER FACE…SHE IS THE BEST ASSET THAT AMSCOT HAS AT THIS MOMENT AND THE VERY BEST EMPLOYEE I HAVE MET!!
I really want the WORLD to know that at this LOCATION of AMSCOT, I met the nicest person ever her name is ESTEPHANY. She was very polite, helpful and lets not talk about her customer service SKILLS. She is the type of person i would hire for my company without a doubt…
