I love coming into this store because Mona and her staff always take care of me. They try their best to leave me walking out with a smile, which they always manage to Do. If there is a situation, all I have to do is call and they help me figure it out! If you need help and want to deal with people that genuinely care, come to this location :)
This was a horrible experience. Terrible customer service by a lady called Nathalya. It look like she hated her job. Was bored. Treated customers like trash. I do not care if she had her period but will never step a foot into this store again. I went for a Western Union pick up and took forever. Good bye AMSCOT!
