I was “helped” by Victoria during my visit today. She was extremely rude and disrespectful! She had the nastiest look on her face during the entire interaction, slamming things down and huffing and puffing like a child! I can’t believe Amscot would hire someone like this…management needs to take a closer look at their employees.

First and foremost the only reason that I’m giving them a 4 star rating is because the associate Christagaye because she went above to help me but Amscot charged me $25 dollars to cash a $495 dollar company payroll check. They charged 4.9 % to cash a check. That is robbery without a pistol and a mask. This is worse than a loan shark.

There's a representative here by the name of Victoria. She is extremely disrespectful and seems to not like her job. The fact that are multiple complaints about here and she maintains employment is beyond me. I watched her be disrespectful to two customers and went brought to her coworkers attention (who did not have a name tags on) the customer was dismissed. Amscot needs to do better

Victoria has no professionalism at all. Most people in this day in age aren't comfortable screaming out where they work, phone number and address in a room full of strangers. Simply asking them has anything changed will be sufficient. I would have given her one star but I gave her an extra one just for being there. Just threw the papers at me. Then lied and said she didn't have any large bills. It's called The money store? Do better!
