I was treated like a criminal there yesterday in palm bay. I had a personal check for $100 from my cousin and everything had to be checked on the telephone with a supervisor. They wanted my social security number, my fingerprint on the check, and the phone number of my cousin to make sure they gave me the check. I've been to other stores in the past and we're never treated so poorly. Don't use this store.
Everything is great but the staff is missing the friendly attitude and the smile
The worst customer service in the planet. I mean, help out, or maybe a little customer service wouldn't be so bad. Also, why do you people act like I was bothering you at work? Geez dude, get a life.
