Ashley was great. I came close to closing time and she didn’t mind helping me out since I’m not very computer. Illiterate would definitely recommend this place. Definitely recommend Ashley give her a raise.
I had a bad experience today. I'm not sure if Ashley was having a bad day but she was extremely rude and impatient with me. I was there today 5/20/26 at about 6:30 pm. I think a manager should pull the video. I've been using this service in Dunedin a few times but for 10 years in Palm Harbor and always had a courteous experience.

Employee was extremely aggressive with her tone while speaking to me. I’ve never experienced such rudeness with your company. Very disappointed. I will never go back to that store . Will pass the word along to others to stay away. Unnecessary no matter what you have going on in your life.
