Extremely rude dark skinned gentlemen behind the counter. Instead of admitting he was wrong on policy he pulled the race Card. This is a quality establishment not one of the ones with one needles and checks he’s used to approving. This jiminy Cricket is not trained in customer service and lies to customers.
