Eric and Jeff were beyond accommodating and helped me in a time of crisis! 5 stars!
Today I went to Amscot to get a money order and they only had one person behind the desk. Jeff was absolutely amazing! He was trying to help someone who only spoke Spanish and everyone else. There were at least 5 people in line and he managed to get to me as quickly as was possible. Very efficient and I was out of there in 15 minutes. All things considered, he killed it. Give that man a raise!
Excellent Customer Service and transaction was in and out. Very friendly and thorough.
My first time coming to amscot Jeff was super nice and helped me and I was happy and on my way in less then 5 min I will be coming back
The worst Amscot ever. Eric is the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life. I walked into the office and he didn’t even greet me, he tried to say I was saying my paydays wrong when he was looking at the calendar wrong, he tried to make me seem as if I was stupid. Now they are taking money from my account via ACH without running it by me first. I am fed up with them. I will never in my life return to this location.
