Horrible. I got the run around about the check I tried cashing at the Cortez store. Absolutely rude and they targeted me for some reason. I didn't even cash anything big it was 100!!!
I was in a crisis and needed cash fast. Ella the manager took special care of me she guided me through the process and was very supportive and helpful and patient. She was able to get me what I needed with kindness, compassion and respect. Kudos to her and the team they made my experience comfortable.
Terrible service. Maybe teach your workers how to properly notarize docs. That way customers don't have to come back. One job and they can't get it right. Then you get asked about why the signature looks different. Do you think possibly it's because I had to waste time to come back in for a job that should've been done correctly the first time.
