Very unprofessional I went in today I am a regular customer and i always go to amscott and I will never go back to first street there was a manager named rosey and her employee was very aggressive even refusing to give me back my license and getting loud i literally had to call another amscott to get help and let them know the situation you should never treat customers like that.
Today at 3pm for the third time a third visit an employee specifically brown Spanish guy 5'9" with glasses for the third time the same employee pointed and waved didn't speak to me act like he was going to help me then left me at the window and took care of someone else, it's rude and disrespectful to our community and to people that pay taxes there he is very unprofessional I also clearly hear him speak to everyone else polightly all three visits
